A blue-dial annual calendar chronograph with a baguette-set bezel, and the second signature that has moved Patek prices for seventy years.

The Story
Patek Philippe's annual calendar reads day, date and month and needs correcting once a year, at the end of February. Combined with the chronograph, it produces the most usable complicated Patek in the modern catalogue.
This example carries the Tiffany & Co. co-signature beneath the Patek Philippe Geneve line on the dial. Tiffany has retailed Patek since 1851 and the double-signed dials are produced in tiny numbers, applied at the manufacture rather than after the fact.
The blue lacquer dial with baguette-cut markers and a baguette bezel places this at the dress end of the reference. Under angled light the sunburst runs from near black at the flange to electric at the centre.
Auction results have consistently shown a meaningful premium for the Tiffany signature over the identical Patek-only reference. Collectors treat it as a provenance marker rather than a decoration.
Condition of the printing matters more here than anywhere else in the catalogue. The signature is what is being bought, and it must be crisp.
“Patek Philippe made the watch. Tiffany made it rare.
